Done correctly, a good direct mail campaign can be very impactful, and can help your audience feel valued. Direct mail has changed over the years, especially post GDPR. We love this because it means we can ensure we’re always sending mail out to converting customers - we weren’t a fan of high volume intrusive marketing anyway.
