Zimmer Biomet Red Dot 120
With Zimmer Biomet, we created a successful branding campaign to restructure the sales department in order to achieve sustainable growth. As a team, we analysed their current sales and marketing approach and came up with a new selling technique called insight selling wich we introduced to Zimmer Biomet. This new technique involved aligning the sales process more closely in order to aid revenue growth.
We deconstructed our medical insights into new and exciting chunks of information and delivered them to the sales team in a way which brought this to life. Our aim was to help excite the sales team when it came to relaying this information to purchasers. We used direct mail to help visualise the new insights, which complemented their new internal structure.
A rebrand of Guardian’s new image
With Guardian Surgical, we helped to showcase their new image with a slick rebrand. This well-established brand needed help from us as they were constantly growing and as a consequence, they had acquired a vast array of products. This array of products created confusion as the clarity of their proposition became unclear. As a team, we went through a process of rationalisation and re-structured their product offering to reduce the ever-growing confusion. We provided Guardian with a streamlined product range and a new website to visually demonstrate their new approach.
